Cooking Technigues
With Sheldon Peyton Tues. Oct. 5 6 Sessions
Pauline Johnson C.V.S. 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Fee: $95:00 + $12.35 HST
This course has been designed to teach basic cooking techniques to
anyone that would like to learn to cook for themselves or add to existing
skills. This is a hands-on course. You will be cooking in class and you will
get to take your creations home. You will need to bring a sharp knife and an
apron to class. All students are responsible to help with cleanup. Food
costs of $70.00 are to be paid on the first night of the course. Your
instructor is presently the chef at the St. George Arms in St. George.
Sheldon brings 25 years of experience with him from a variety of venues.

Appealing Appetizers
With Karyn Kloetstra-Marritt Wed. Oct. 6 8 Sessions

Fee: $115.00 + $14.95 HST
Come out and have an exciting time creating scrumptious
appetizers for any occasion! We will have special appetizers for
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years for you to stun your guests with!
Each participant will be hands on from prep to clean up each night. Everyone
is asked to bring $75 on the first night to cover the cost of supplies for
all 8 weeks, a 3 ring duotang for handouts and recipes, an apron, and a
sharp knife (in a sleeve). You will be working hands on with local caterer
Karyn Kloetstra-Merritt who owns Kreative Cooking & Event Catering. Karyn
has done catering events for many clients including Brantford City Hall,
Shriner’s Club of Brantford, and Grand Erie District School Board.

season? Come out and enjoy 8 weeks of culinary learning! We will be covering
everything to make your dinner party amazing! We will start with the
appetizer course and move right through to dessert with everything in
