Registration Procedure

  • First complete the registration form on the last page of the flyer. Click HERE for a form on this site.
  • Pre-register by bringing it into

  • Mail your registration in to the above address.
    OR
  • Register by FAX 519-753-3084 including VISA or MASTERCARD No., Expiry Date and Signature.

Pay by cheque, money order, cash, Visa or Mastercard no later than: September 29, 2010. Cheques and money orders made out to the Grand Erie District School Board

Fees
  • $20.00 will be charged on N.S.F. cheques.
  • SENIOR CITIZENS 60 and over: less 10%.

 

 Refunds
  • No refunds are given after September 29, 2010. A refund will be issued by mail when a course is cancelled.
  • Refunds for withdrawal: A $10.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged.
  • Materials fees are not refundable after the first night.

All classes will run unless you receive a phone call indicating the class has been cancelled.

Enrollment of 10 students is normally required to operate any course.
Please register in advance to avoid cancellation of courses.
ATTEND THE FIRST NIGHT OF CLASS UNLESS NOTIFIED OF CANCELLATION.
