We will use the Kwik Sew book which includes the patterns required as well as many useful tips for beginner sewers. The book and notions needed to complete the project must be purchased from the instructor on the first night of class. Crazy Quilting Workshop
With Helen Sluis Mon. Oct. 4 2 sessions
Pauline Johnson C.V.S. 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Fee: $60.00 + $7.80 HST

No careful measuring! No precision piecing! Crazy quilting consists of irregularly-shaped fabric pieces hand-stitched onto a muslin backing in a haphazard pattern, and the shapes are embellished with embroidery stitches and other trimmings such as beads, buttons, ribbons and charms. The end result is always fun, spontaneous and crazy! Create a patchwork wall hanging/pillow front you will enjoy for years to come. All materials will be supplied by the instructor at a cost of only $15.00 (cash only) on the first evening of class.
